NEW YORK CITY-Copenhagen-based Hello Monday has leased 2,250 square feet of loft-like space at 5 White St. on Franklin Street. The second-floor space was rented for $45 per square foot. The firm leased the space for five years from Nur Ashki Jerrahi Community.
