ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-A proposed 192-unit apartment complex in St. Louis Park is expected to be opened in March. A news release reported that the project, known as 36 Park Apartments, will be built at 3601 Park Center Blvd., at the junction of West 36th Street and Highway 100.
