ATLANTA-SaportaReport.com reported that the Olympia building, a historic structure in the heart of downtown Atlanta, is up for sale. The State of Georgia owns the two-story triangular building at Five Points.

The Olympia building, built between 1935 and 1936, is located at 23 Peachtree St. NE and it requires significant renovations. A state appraisal recently estimated the property at $2.45 million.
