ALBANY-Tom Roohan and his family members have bought a commercial building at 19 Phila St. in Saratoga Springs, New York, for $925,000. The Roohan family partnership purchased the Phila Street property, which has four apartment units and two retail tenants, from Saratoga Springs-based Benton Enterprises LLC.
The three-story building, which comprise approximately 6,000 square foot of space, had an asking price of $1,050,000. The two commercial tenants in the building are Miss Scarlet and Ravenous. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
