BERLIN-SEB Asset Management, an asset manager, has sold four properties in Berlin, Dusseldorf and Luxembourg from SEB ImmoInvest's portfolio for a total amount of EUR 51.8 million. The Fund management sold Kleine Kurstrasse 15, a nine-story building in the Berlin-Mitte district, and Peter-Muller-Strasse 20, a five-story building in Dusseldorf-Nord, to Zurich Versicherung.
The office structure at Steinplatz 2 in Berlin-Charlottenburg was sold to TETRIS Grundbesitz and the four-story office structure at 16a Avenue de la Liberte in Luxembourg was sold to LP Immo SA. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
