NEW YORK CITY-ShoeOlogy Inc. has recently leased 700 square feet of retail space at 351 W. 125th St. situated between Saint Nicholas and Morningside avenues. The deal, which covers 100-square-foot basement, was signed between the footwear chain and New Castle Realty, the landlord.
Asking rent for the 10-year deal was $103 per square foot. Steve Rappaport and Max Talpalar from Sinvin Real Estate negotiated the lease deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
