HONOLULU-A real estate company has sold an oceanfront apartment community in Ewa Beach for an undisclosed amount. Hunt Cos. Inc. sold The Waterfront at Puuloa to CP Waterfront IV LLC. The 1960s-era property sits on 367 acres of land and comprises 1,461 rental units.
Hunt has been negotiating with a buyer for the old Navy subdivision as negotiations with Peter Savio, a Hawaii developer, and a local hui was discontinued earlier this year. The Savio-led group planned to purchase the property for $330 million. For the full story, go to Pacific Business Journal .
