BIRMINGHAM, UK-Threadneedle Investments has sold the leasehold of Linea House situated on the Marshfield Bank Industrial Estate in Crewe for GBP 2.7 million to Fayrefield Foods. The warehouse facility comprises 72,625 square feet of space, including 22 parking spaces and a three-story office block.
