EDWARDSVILLE, IL-Contegra Construction Co. is expanding the Westway I distribution facility in Edwardsville's Gateway Commerce Center. The company is providing construction services for the $20-million, 482,000-square-foot expansion. After completion in spring 2013, the center will contain 964,000 square feet of space.
Gateway Commerce Center is situated at the junction of I-255 and I-270. The initial phase of Westway I was finished in 2007. The expansion is Contegra's eighth project at the 2,300-acre park since 2003. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
