ALBANY-The Galesi Group and BBL Construction Services LLC are teaming up to build a 64,000-square-foot spec warehouse in Green Island, New York. The project will come up at 85 Cohoes Ave. Sean Ward from the Green Island Industrial Development Agency said that the building is approximated to cost $5.3 million.
