NEW YORK CITY-An organization has renewed and expanded its footprint at 740 Broadway and 2-10 Astor Place. The Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI) has renewed its lease to retain its headquarters on the entire 3rd-floor space at 740 Broadway and the 3rd-floor space at 2-10 Astor Place.

The group will occupy a total of 31,721 square feet at 740 Broadway and 2-10 Astor Place. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal for HMI and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank brokered for the building ownership. For the full story, go to New York Post .
