COLOGNE, GERMANY-IMMOFINANZ Group has become the sole owner of the Gerling Quartier project in Cologne. The company has bought the remaining stake in the development from FRANKONIA Eurobau AG.
The remaining investment of roughly EUR 213 million will be provided by IMMOFINANZ Group and Sparkasse KolnBonn. The Gerling Quartier project is currently underway and it will comprise 139 condominium apartments and 484,375 square feet of office and commercial space.
