SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Milwaukee-based Irgens has acquired a medical center in Scottsdale. The company bought Shea Medical Plaza, a 42,439-square-foot center, out of liquidation for $6.5 million through its entity Shea Medical LLC.
The medial facility, located on the east side of the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard, is nearly 80% leased to tenants including Associated Dental Care Providers, NextCare Urgent Care and other private practice offices.
