
NASHVILLE-An institutional buyer has signed an agreement to purchase 100 Oaks Mall, an 850,000-square-foot retail center in Nashville. Tony Ruggeri, a Dallas developer who bought the center in 2006 for $49.2 million along with a group of partners, declined to disclose the price or the buyer.
According to real estate experts, the price is expected to exceed $100 million. The shopping center is currently fully occupied. The deal is expected to be closed within 60 days. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
