ALBANY-A 49-room Comfort Inn will replace a cabin-style motel situated in Malta, New York. Satish Kumar, the Thorobred Motel, is seeking approval for the site plan from the town planning board. The property is situated on approximately 15 acres of land at 2968 Route 9.
