TOLEDO, OH-The Toledo Blade reported that the 13-acre site of an old theater in Toledo will be turned into a 25-million hotel. Key Hotel and Property Management Inc. purchased the property at 3500 Secor Road from National Amusements Inc. for $2.5 million.

The newspaper reported that Property Management is planning to construct a four-story, 80,000-square-foot hotel with nearly 114 rooms. The proposed plan also includes nearly 55,000 square feet of commercial and office space. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
