NEW YORK CITY-David Tawfik from Princeton International Properties has reached a contract to purchase Park House, a 220,000-square-foot office building at 104 W. 40th St., for approximately $105 million. The building will change hands for slightly under $500 per square foot.
Savanna hired Adam Spies and Douglas Harmon of Eastdil to market the property, which was previously called the Spring Mills Building. Eastdil brought the building to the market in early August. For the full story, go to New York Post .
