NEW YORK CITY-The 2.3-million-square-foot office tower that houses Credit Suisse Group's US branch has hit the market. The Sapir Organization and CIM Group have hired CBRE Group Inc., a real estate services firm, to market 11 Madison Park for investors.

The ownership group is expecting to get more than $1.5 billion for the Art Deco building. Credit Suisse occupies nearly 80% of the 11 Madison building. Sapir Organization paid $675 million for 11 Madison in 2003. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
