WASHINGTON, DC-Citybizlist.com reported that Seaton Benkowski & Partners has closed the sale of Carroll Square's leasehold. The Class A office building, which comprise 178,000 square feet, is situated in the East End submarket of Washington, DC.

Seaton Benkowski & Partners sold the leasehold of the office building for $121.4 million. The buyer was GLL Partners. Akridge was SBP's associate in the development, management and leasing of Carroll Square. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
