AUSTIN, TX-Stream Realty Partners has brokered two lease deals totaling 51,325 square feet in Austin. LSI Corp. has inked a 43,978-square-foot lease at Kramer Building 6 at 190 A and B Kramer Lane and Southstar Fire Protection Co. has signed a 7,347-square-foot lease at NorthTech Business Park in Building 2 at 4616 W. Howard Lane.
