CINCINNATI-Three Main Street buildings in downtown Cincinnati have changed hands. CBD Holdings Inc., an affiliate of Cincinnati Center City Development Corp., has bought the buildings at 316, 312 and 308 Main St. for $10 million.
All three buildings, developed between 1875 and 1890, are sold by Asset Ohio Fourth Street LLC and they are currently vacant. Since 2003, the three properties have been held in trust by the subsidiary of Convergys Corp. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
