NEW YORK CITY-Trump Organization is exchanging an existing $27-million loan on the office and retail space in Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan with a $100-million loan. The new 10-year loan, which covers the 244,482-square-foot office and retail space at the tower, was initiated by Ladder Capital Finance LLC.

The appraised value of the tower is $480 million. The property's more than 200 condominiums are not part of the deal. The commercial space is nearly 99% leased. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal .
