ROSEVILLE, MN-United Properties has opened its first assisted living project in Roseville. Cherrywood Pointe, an 80-unit senior living facility at 2996 N. Cleveland Ave. in Roseville, is situated next to the Bloomington-based company's 48-unit Applewood Pointe of Roseville.
United Properties has plans to break ground on the second phase as well as the final phase of development in November. Ebenezer Management Services, an affiliate of Fairview Health Services, is operating Cherrywood Pointe. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
