FORT WORTH-The American Recovery Property Trust, based in San Diego, has purchased Western Place I & II, a two-building complex comprising 425,000 square feet of office space in west Fort Worth. The value of this acquisition is $34 million.

This is the company's first real estate acquisition. APEX Capital Corporation, BAE Information Systems, Computer Science Corporation and Lockheed Martin are the tenants of the two 10-story Western Place buildings.
