ALBANY-Sonny Bonacio is converting the second-floor and the third-floor office spaces in the Keenan building in Troy, New York, into apartments. This is the first project for the company in downtown Troy. The renovations, estimated to cost approximately $2 million, will provide 14 apartments in the building situated at the corner of Third Street and Broadway.

Bonacio purchased the Keenan building in May for $595,000 from Pioneer Bank. The renovations are expected to be completed in six months. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
