SAN FRANCISCO-Downtown Property Holdings, managed by Goodwin Gaw, has acquired 1161 Mission St. in San Francisco's Mid-Market area for $19.3 million. The Mission Street building is currently 100% vacant. The purchase price breaks down to about $260 per square foot.
