DURHAM, NC-DPR Parc at University Tower LLC, a subsidiary of Duck Pond Realty Management, has acquired a Durham luxury apartment community from the Connor Group for $22 million. Ohio-based Connor purchased the multifamily property for $17.55 million, 25 months ago.
Parc at University Tower, the apartment property, will be managed by Drucker & Falk Real Estate. The community comprises 186 apartment units. Connor now owns only four properties in the Triangle region of North Carolina. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
