MEMPHIS-A Clarksville, Tennessee-based entity has seized a group of apartments in Southeast Memphis. Memphis Daily News reported that Emerald Properties LLC has bought three multifamily properties for $4.8 million. The properties include Emerald Park Apartments, a 157-unit complex; Emerald Pointe Apartments, a 92-unit property; and Emerald Square Apartments, a 97-unit complex.
The apartments were earlier sold for $10 million in March 2011. They are situated around the intersection of Hickory Hill Road and Knight Arnold Road. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
