MILWAUKEE-An investor group that includes Peter Pacetti from Edgewater Real Estate LLC and Mike Olson from Adaptive Land & Building LLC has bought the City Hall Square apartment complex in downtown Milwaukee. The group spent $12.15 million for the property which contains 135 apartments.
The deal covers an eight-story structure as well as a connected six-story structure that accommodates The Safe House restaurant. The building was sold by an affiliate of Irving, Texas-based Kimberly-Clark Corp. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
