FREMONT, CA-LAM Research Corp. has moved back to its previously occupied building in Fremont. The Fremont-based company has leased 50,900 square feet of space in a 103,400-square-foot building at 45757 Northport Loop West. It earlier occupied the Fremont facility from 1996 through 2009.
The other half of the facility, owned by Clarion Partners, is leased to TR Manufacturing. Dan Hollingsworth, Karen Sigl, Jon DeCoite and Steve Pace from Cassidy Turley represented the building owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
