MIAMI-San Antonio-based LYND and Miami-based LNR Property LLC will build a new high-rise apartment building in the Brickell District of Miami. The 35-story building will be called EnV Brickell. LYND and LNR have collaborated with BlackRock Realty Advisors in the project as the equity partner.
The project will be financed by Wells Fargo. The architect of the project is Behar Font & Partners PA and the tower will be built by Miami-based Plaza Construction. The project is expected to be completed in 2014. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
