BALTIMORE-The Burtonsville Office Park, a four-building complex situated in Montgomery County's Burtonsville section has changed hands. Citybizlist.com reported that the Bernstein Management Corp. bought the office park for $8.4 million from Midland Loan Servicing.
The portfolio comprises four buildings situated at the junction of MD Routes 108 and 29 in the North Silver Spring/Route 29 submarket. The buildings were 72% leased to roughly 40 tenants at the time of sale. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
