MINNEAPOLIS-The Millennium Hotel Minneapolis will undergo a much-needed renovation and will be closed down for four months. Millennium Hotels & Resorts is planning to spend $20 million to revamp 321 guest rooms and 22,000 square feet of meeting space as well as public spaces, including the restaurant, lobby and lounge, in the Minneapolis hotel.
