COLUMBUS, OH-Plans for converting the Ibiza condominium development in the Short North into an apartment tower have reached a milestone. Columbus developers Wagenbrenner Development Inc. and Elford Development Ltd. have bought the site at East Hubbard Avenue and North High Street in Italian Village to build an apartment complex.
The developers are expecting to start construction on the 72-unit complex, known as the Hubbard, in October. The five-story residential building will have commercial space on the ground floor. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
