BOSTON-Suffolk Construction has been chosen to oversee construction of a $125-million project in Boston's Innovation District. The One Channel Center project is being developed by Area Property Partners and Commonwealth Ventures. It will include an 11-story office building as well as a 950-car garage.
State Street Corp. will occupy the 525,000-square-foot building when it gets completed in 2014. Suffolk is collaborating with ADD Inc. and Spalding Tougias Architects for the office building and the garage, respectively. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
