BUFFALO-The Zenger Group is planning to move most of its operations to its new headquarters facility in the Town of Tonawanda. The company bought Science Kit's office/warehouse facility on East Park Drive through its affiliate, Zenger Development Corp. It purchased the 126,116-square-foot building for $3 million from VWR Education Inc.
Simultaneously, Zenger is marketing its S. Taylor Road building and 525 Hertel Avenue building in Buffalo for sale. Brokers Sheldon Berlow and William Damian from Pyramid Brokerage Co. handled the Tonawanda deal. For the full story, go to Buffalo Business First .
