KENT, WA-Centerpoint Corporate Park, a four-building campus in Kent, has changed hands. Fountainhead Northwest LLC has paid $46.25 million for the office park situated on 72nd Avenue South.
A partnership of pension fund AEW and Unico Properties previously owned Centerpoint Corporate Park, which comprises 435,000 square feet of office space.
