MILWAUKEE-The Historic Mitchell Street Preservation Corp. is planning to purchase the former White Eagle Hotel situated on the northeast corner of West Maple and South 8th streets from Palermo Villa Inc. The corporation has plans to restore the building into a restaurant with a banquet hall.
