LONDON-Brandy & Melville has signed a retail lease at 33F King's Road in London. The Italian womenswear retailer inked a 10-year lease with Martin's Properties for a 1,217-square-foot store at the building in Chelsea.
Brandy & Melville will pay GBP 290,000 as rent annually. The retailer has stores in Berlin, Munich, Paris, Amsterdam, Vancouver and three US locations. KLM represented Brandy & Melville and Savills represented Martin's Properties in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
