CORAL GABLES, FL-Fort Lauderdale-based Realty Masters2 Advisors has brokered the sale of the former Bacardi Corp. office building in Coral Gables. Key Biscayne-based Canem LLC, controlled by Alexander Maddalozzo, sold the 14,630-square-foot building, located at 866 Ponce de Leon Blvd., for $2.98 million.
Tutti Bambini Coral Gables RE, based in Miami, was the buyer. The building was earlier bought in 2002 for $2.64 million. It is currently vacant. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
