
FORT WORTH-Chesapeake Energy is planning to sell its office tower in downtown Fort Worth. According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the company has been showing the 20-story building to potential buyers and the facility is not officially listed with a broker.
Chesapeake purchased the office building in 2008 for $104 million from Pier 1 Imports and changed the name to Chesapeake Plaza. The Star-Telegram reported that the bottom half of the building is still leased to Pier 1. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
