BIRMINGHAM, UK-The Coral Student Portfolio has entered into a new venture, the Student Development Partnership, to develop student accommodations. The venture has invested in two student housing sites in Birmingham and Coventry.
Victoria Hall Management (UK) Ltd. will manage both projects, which will have a total estimated value of GBP 50 million. The Birmingham project, situated near the University of Birmingham, will have 434 beds and the Alma Road project, situated on the other side of the Coventry University campus, will have 404 beds.
