TAMPA, FL-Crescent Resources LLC is set to start construction on a 367-unit apartment complex in Tampa's Hyde Park section. The new apartment community, called Circle Bayshore, will be built at 319 Bayshore Blvd. The $68-million project was held up by the Republican National Convention.
Miami-based MSA Architects designed the eight-story building. The general contractor is Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based Moss & Associates and Orlando-based Land Resource Design Group, Inc. is the landscape architect. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
