LONDON-The Crown Estate, a property business, has submitted four planning consents as part of a GBP 450-million plan to redevelop a major portion of St. James's and create approximately 340,000 square feet of mixed-use project between Haymarket and Regent Street. The scheme, called St. James's Market, will provide 211,000 square feet of office space and 45,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
