LARGO, FL-Columbia, South Carolina-based EDENS has sold Barclay Square, a Walmart Neighborhood Market-anchored retail center in Largo, for $10.8 million. An affiliate of Palm Beach-based Sterling Organization was the buyer.
Walmart Neighborhood Market occupies 42,000 square feet at the shopping center located at the corner of Indian Rocks Road and Walsingham Road. The property, constructed in 1988 and refurbished in 2008, was 82% leased at closing. The Shopping Center Group represented the seller in the deal.
