ROCKVILLE, MD-An affordable housing apartment complex situated in Germantown has found a new owner. Montgomery County has purchased the Hamptons at Town Center, a 768-unit apartment community, for an amount of $90.25 million. The complex was sold by Harbor Group International.
The multifamily property is situated beside the Germantown Commons Shopping Center. It was constructed between 1979 and 1982. Harbor Group International will continue to operate the apartment complex. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
