BIRMINGHAM, UK-IM Properties has acquired Tybridge Street Retail Park, a 72,300-square-foot property in Worcester, for GBP 13.37 million from AXA Real Estate clients. The company bought the retail park for Charity Vision.

The property, situated on the western corner of the City Center, is leased to PC World and Homebase for 15 years. In the deal, IM Properties was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle and AXA was advised by Wilkinson Williams. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
