DALLAS-A limited partnership has acquired Pecan Square Apartments, an apartment community consisting of 440 units at 3535 Webb Chapel Road in Dallas. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. The garden-style apartment community, situated in a North Dallas submarket, was bought by PS Apartments LP.
The multifamily property, constructed in 1982, is 95% occupied. Taylor Snoddy, Philip Wiegand and Mark Freeman from Transwestern negotiated the deal on behalf of an undisclosed seller. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
