CHICAGO-A partnership that includes North American Real Estate, based in Schaumburg, has sold a retail store in Orland Park. The stand-alone building, occupied by Walgreen Co., is located at 11981 W. 143rd St. A subsidiary of Champaign-based Barr Real Estate Inc. has paid more than $6.2 million for the store.
