PORTLAND, OR-Portland State University has opened University Pointe at College Station, a 283-unit student residence in Portland. The 16-story student housing complex provides 980 beds and is already more than 80% leased.
University Pointe is a collaboration between Austin, Texas-based American Campus Communities, which provided financing for the $82.8-million project, and PSU, which acquired the tract from TriMet. The complex is located at 1955 S.W. Fifth Ave. It was designed by SERA Architects and built by Walsh Construction. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
